PSP Blending Tutorial
This tutorial will show you how to make a blog on Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 8, but it should work for other PSP programs.

First open PSP. I will be using this image:

Press CTRL+V or 'Paste' to paste the image in Paint Shop Pro, as shown below:

Click the shapes tool on the left side and draw a square anywhere on the image. Your screen should look like this:

Now press (F) or click the 'Fill' button and click inside the square. A window like below might pop up. If does, just click OK.

After you've closed that window, click again inside the square. You can make the square any color, but in this case, I used white. Your screen should look like this:

Now look in the bottom right-hand corner. There should be the word 'Raster' and then an hour glass symbol next to it. Drag the hour glass towards the right and the white should start becoming transparent.
