1. Your site must be neopets related
2. At least 15 pages of content
3. Please supply an 88x15 button in your form. (Just the URL please)
4. Have good quality graphics!
5. No stealing, no swearing, and you can't be on a Wall of Shame.
6. In the 'Other' section, write 'Chocolate covered sprinkles' so I know you read the rules.

2. Our site's button must be on your site under 'Pending' or 'Affiliates'
3. Please no pop-ups on your site.
4. At least 20 pages of content
5. Can't be a www.freewebs.com/ site. co.nr is accepted.
6. Please supply an 88x30 button in your e-mail.
7. Must meet rules for affiliates too.
8. In the 'Other' section, write 'Jumping jelly beans' so I know you read the rules.
Other Q's & A's:
Q. How do I get to Top Affiliates?
A. You are moved to the top affiliates if you have been a good affiliate of mine and have decided to move me to the top affies list. If you visit a lot and comment on the site you may be moved up. In order to move up, I recommend visiting my site every now and then, leave comments, etc, and I will do the same for you.
Q. How do I get to be a Partner?
A. Partner spots are limited and you can easily just apply for it if applications are open. However, your site MUST follow all the rules in the partnership area.
Q. How do I get to be a Sister?
A. I only have a few spots open for Sister sites. (4 spots) Basically you have to be a site that is equivalent to mine or somewhere close to it and visit me often. I will do the same. You cannot apply to be a sister, I will offer it to you if you have been a good affiliate, etc.
Q. Where will my button be on your site?
A. I simply to equal treatment. If my button is on every page of your site, it will be on every page of mine. If it is in a scroller, yours is in a scroller. If you put it on one page only, your button will be on one page only. I never just put an affiliate in the scroller without a reason.
